Objectives of Certification

The goal of management system process orientation is to quantify competency/capability of an organization to implement, maintain and to innovate management system based on process approach. The result of management system process orientation audit is an input for issuing the certificate by Central European Association for Business Process Management in which the category classified due to the achieved quantitative result stated in the article 4.2 of the norm CEABPM 1001:2011 is stated. The audit result is also an input for organization innovative development. .

 

Central European Association for Business Process Management issues certificates Process oriented organization based on the audit report developed by the authorized auditor from a particular country who dispose of sufficient number of authorized auditors of management system process orientation. An auditor of management system process orientation does not have to be an employee of the authorized representative but he has to be in a labour or other contract relation to be able to execute the audit. Central European Association keeps a register of auditors of process oriented management systems due to the requirements of CEABPM 1003:2011.

 

Certificate is valid for 2 years and during this period the organization is not obliged to go through the process of re-certification in case of modifications of amendments of the norm. Continuous inspection audits carried out by the Association are not the part of three years of certificate validity.  They may be executed by the Association if it is asked by an organization. Certificate is issued in English and national language according to the location of an organization. Other languages variations are issued by the Association on demand.

Scientific seminar

Cental European Association for Business Process Management organize the third Scientific seminar on the 22th of August 2017. The objective of the seminar is to present the comon high level structure for managerial systems.
